Initial Consultation
Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is a collaborative process between a licensed mental health professional and a client to help a client identify and achieve their personal and mental health goals. Individual counseling can be used to address a wide range of issues, including:
| • Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post- traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) |
• Stress management • Anger management |
| • Life transitions such as divorce, job loss, and grief | • Self-esteem and confidence issues |
| • Relationship problems | • Personal growth and development |
| • Parenting challenges | • Career issues |
Individual counseling sessions typically last 50 minutes and are held on a weekly or biweekly basis. The length and frequency of counseling will vary depending on the client’s individual needs.
Workshops & Consulting Services
Workshops and consulting services are available for individuals, couples, and businesses.
Workshops available for individuals and couples are focused on increasing healthy communication patterns, developing conflict resolution, and enhancing interpersonal/intrapersonal relationship satisfaction.
Consulting services are available to businesses who are focused on creating a healthy workplace culture, developing skills for conflict resolution, learning healthy communication, and understanding how to stop dysfunctional workplace dynamics.

Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy serves to create a safe environment to talk about and work through issues affecting the relationship, assist with conflict resolution, and improve overall relationship satisfaction.
Couples counseling can be helpful for couples at any stage of their relationship, regardless of whether they are married, engaged, cohabiting, or dating. It’s helpful in addressing a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to:

• Life transitions such as retirement or job relocation |

• Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or addiction |

Couples counseling is a collaborative process between partners and the therapist. During sessions, I will work with the couple to identify the root causes of their problems and develop strategies for addressing them. Couples counseling can take time and effort, but it can be a very rewarding experience. Sessions are 90 minutes in length.
Family Therapy
Family Therapy serves to help families improve their communication, resolve conflict, and build stronger relationships. Family therapy can be helpful for families with a wide range of challenges, including:
| • Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and addiction |
• Parenting challenges • Grief and loss |

•Communication problems • Conflict resolution |
• Life transitions such as divorce, remarriage, and blended families |
During family therapy sessions, I work with all members of the family to understand their individual roles and contributions to the family system. I also help the family to develop new communication and problem-solving skills. Sessions are 90 minutes in length.
